Xbox 360 Repair Guide Will Permanently Repair Your Console
Did you know that there is an actual repair for the red ring of death? Oh, you didn’t!? Really? But everyone knows about it! We’ll since you’re here I’m going to fill you in on what you’ve been missing for the past 2 years. If you need to repair your console PERMANENTLY then the method in this article will be able to do it for you. No other method on the internet or off, has been able to do this. And it hasn’t been able to do so because it doesn’t understand the problem, which is overheating.
Five months ago when I needed to repair my own console I looked all over the place and couldn’t find anything solid. And there was no way I was going to send my console into the manufacturer. Not with their outrageous repair fee’s, waiting times, and uncertain results. Did you know that people are sending their consoles in, getting them back weeks later, and then getting the Red Ring of Death again!? Pretty crazy. Anyways, I eventually stumbled upon an Xbox 360 repair guide known as the Xbox 360 Red Light Fix Pro Gamer Edition, which promised to teach me how to repair the red ring of death in 1 hour or I get my money back. Scam I thought. No way could this guy have the solution if no one else does. But I was curious so I got it. Here’s my experience.
When I opened the site up I was immediately directed to a set of repair videos; 8 to be exact. Each one dealing with the repair process. So I started to watch them to make sure this was a no b.s. guide – trust me I was tempted to get my money back if this repair proved to be anything but legit. But I immediately noticed that this guide was serious business. There was no messing around and it was straight to the point of the repair. The developer had a broken Xbox 360 of his own on a table and repaired that while instructing me through what he was doing every step of the way. He told me what to do, what to look out for, what tools to use; everything was covered. After watching his own results with the repair I pulled up my 360 to make the repair myself.
In a nutshell the repair goes like this:
1. First you have to disassemble your console. This takes 10 minutes tops. And like I said the video shows you everything step-by-step.
2. Next you will be shown two computer chips; the GPU and CPU. These chips have an inefficient and ineffective thermal paste on them that is supposed to protect them from heat. This obviously doesn’t work, and it’s these two chips that cause the Red Ring of Death in the first place. So what you have to do here is re-apply a more efficient solution that the guide will tell you about and how to use.
3. Once that is done, one final modification needs to be made to the heat sinks. The heat sinks are responsible for keeping the GPU and CPU cool; these obviously fail or else the console wouldn’t overheat. So the guide walks you through a simple modification using some simple screws and washers to create a solid foundation for the heat sinks so that they will always protect the GPU and CPU.
4. Reassemble your console and turn it on!
Four easy step and your console is repaired! I honestly couldn’t believe how easy it was. Here I was thinking it was going to be some complex and technical task, but honestly this is a repair anyone can do if you don’t have any technical experience. It’s just too easy when you follow along step-by-step with the video. So after I made the repairs to my console I crossed by fingers, bit my lip and hoped for the best. I plugged all the cables back into my system and after an hours work of fixing my console I hit the power button. Instant….green….lights! Yes! It worked! I couldn’t be happier that I decided to just ‘try’ this guide on a fly-by situation because without that I don’t think I would have ever repaired my console. But that’s how these things happen I suppose.
So as a piece of advice, you Xbox 360 owner who has the Red Ring of Death, consider using an xbox 360 repair guide to fix your console. I know it works so it would be wise to use something other people are having success with. Just get it, make the repair, and watch the green light come back onto your console. Like I said this repair has been around for 2 years already and has already been responisble for fixing thousands of 360’s so why not yours?
